The PROFILE Mission
JUSTEX seeks to encourage the promotion of qualified police professionals by providing accurate, valid, and relevant written promotion tests to its clients. PROFILE tests will be prepared diligently, transported securely, and delivered in a timely fashion. Allocation Models for Patrol and Investigations

Allocation Model for Patrol and Allocation Model for Investigations will project officer allocation numbers for your department in two major areas based on 28 variables, 13 of which are department-selected policy criteria such as response time, patrol visibility, and self-directed activity. They will help to answer the age-old question: “How many officers does my department need?”

Both models employ user-friendly intuitively designed Excel© software with formulas validated by many police departments over the past few years. Almost every police executive in one major state has already received an extensive orientation on AMP.
